3. How the Contract is Formed

3.1 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order.
3.2 Your order is subject to acceptance, and we may choose not to accept it for any reason.
3.3 We may be unable to process your order if there is a payment authorization issue, and we will notify you.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 Prices exclude postage, which will be added at checkout.
4.2 Prices may change, but confirmed orders are unaffected.
4.3 Full payment is required before processing your order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, AMEX, Klarna, and PayPal.
4.4 All payments are in Pound Sterling. Your card provider will determine exchange rates and any applicable charges.

5. Delivery

5.1 We will deliver according to your selected delivery option at checkout. Delivery times and costs are specified there.
5.2 We will usually deliver all items in one shipment. We cannot deliver to multiple addresses in the same order.
5.3 For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 1 pm.
5.4 For international orders, we aim for 2-day dispatch but do not cover customs charges. You are responsible for any customs fees.
5.5 Delivery courier change: We reserve the right to change the courier service used for delivery, provided that we endeavour to ensure the delivery occurs within the same timeframe as originally promised.

6. Risk and Ownership

Once delivered, the products become your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss or damage after delivery, except for faulty or incorrect items.

7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

7.1 You can cancel your order before dispatch or within 14 days after delivery (except for personalised products).
7.2 If you cancel after dispatch, return the products unused, in their original condition, within 14 days.
7.3 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
7.4 Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered. Variations may occur due to font styles.

8. Our Liability

8.1 We are not liable for losses not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (e.g., profit, contracts).
8.2 This does not limit liability for death, injury, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
