At Ilhaam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted on non-personalised and non-custom items only. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition. Personalised and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive in a faulty or damaged condition. Please ensure all custom details are correct when placing your order.

How to Return an Item

To request a return or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us page. Please provide your order number and the reason for return. Please note: Returns will only be accepted via this procedure. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs upon verification.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected. If eligible, we will process your refund to the original method of payment or offer an exchange, depending on your preference. Please note: we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
